The client
OffiNeeds is a corporate gifting business managing thousands of products and vendors for clients that include large enterprises. Gifting operations are unusually hard: high SKU variety, made-to-order and decorated items, multi-vendor procurement, and returns that can be reused - all under enterprise delivery expectations.
What was broken
Fulfilment was spread across a chain of disconnected tools, and every handoff was manual. Each department kept its own copy of the information and passed orders along by email - producing manual data consolidation (roughly 1-2 hours a day), no single owner of the order state, shortages discovered late at production, unused returned inventory, and multiple conflicting versions of the same truth. Every order was work created, not work done.

- Automated routing. FlowCore decides, per order, whether to fulfil from ready inventory, reusable return inventory, production, or procurement - and initiates the workflow itself. Administrators override when a case needs it.
- Automated procurement. It watches inventory against minimum thresholds and, on a shortage, maps the required SKU/material, evaluates eligible vendors, applies vendor priority, calculates the quantity, and triggers the PO - moving shortage discovery upstream instead of at production.
- Return-inventory reuse. Before triggering new production or procurement, it checks reusable returned stock (which can be 10-20% of inventory) - previously a manual, easily-missed step the client flagged as a source of waste.
From tools to an operating layer
The old stack ended at each tool - someone exported, emailed, and re-keyed. FlowCore is the decision layer above those tools: the moment an order arrives it becomes one live operational state every team reads from, and the routing decisions that used to live in people's heads are encoded in the system. That is the difference between software that stores information and software that runs the operation - the same FlowCore operating model, built to one company's logic.
